• Grant Funding Research. We research organizations that offer grants, analyze them to identify the best potential funding sources for your specific project or program, then compile a list of potential funders for your review, along with deadlines, maximum dollar amounts awarded, and our recommended course of action.
  
  
• Grant Proposal Planning and Writing. We collaborate with you in preparing a complete development plan that includes 1) writing a grant proposal tailored to your needs and the funder’s priorities, 2) reviewing your project budget and making recommendations on how to best present it, and 3) developing a calendar that delineates deadlines and upcoming funding opportunities. If requested, we can manage the process of supplying progress reports as required after you’ve received funding.
  
  
• Grant Proposal Evaluation / Review. If your organization has completed a grant proposal that you want evaluated before submission, we can review it and make recommendations.
